- Support of complaint investigations with batch record reviews, sample inspection...
- Partner and collaborate with other quality surveillance business units to resolve quality issues
- Prepare, review and approve SOPs
- Provide training on complaint handling procedures and investigations
- Initiate CAPAs as needed
- Experience with quality assurance procedures
- Good communication skills in English
- Proactive personality and autonomous way of working
- Eye for detail and good organization skills

Requirements
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or related field- Experience with quality assurance procedures
- Good communication skills in English
- Proactive personality and autonomous way of working
- Eye for detail and good organization skills
