ROLE DESCRIPTION
As RQA Associate for Product Quality you are responsible for the release of our products for distribution upon successful verification of compliance with Quality System requirements. This includes approval of global agencies.
Within RQA Product Quality team facilitate development, implementation, communication, administration and maintenance of processes that support the Quality System in order to assure products and meet or exceed customer expectations. The department has authority and responsibility for product disposition which includes release for sale, batch release and mitigation of regulatory risks. Performs audits and inspections to verify compliance with Quality System requirement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will assess risks which includes review of investigation for compliance to internal and external requirements including CAPA.
- You are organized and have a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy of the forms and documents that need to be filled with the global agencies.
- Also you facilitate Product Notifications when products do not meet regulatory requirements or are causing an undesirable level of customer dissatisfaction. You will oversee the entire process of Product Quality Assurance and ensure a proper administration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Dealing across the EMEA region you have to be fluent in English and every additional European language skills will be a strong plus.
