They are one of the fastest growing companies in Europe promoting various pharmaceutical brands. The company mainly focuses on generic pharmaceuticals but is also working in the field of healthcare.

Role Description

You will be leading a team of Quality Assurance officers and will be responsible for all aspects of quality within the department and will be reporting to the quality director. You will be crack the quality dilemma’s with your complex problem-solving skills and result-driven mentality.

Responsibilities

- Implementation and underwriting all the quality assurance procedures
- Updating the QMS according to regulatory affairs
- Performing both internal and external audits
- Interpreting results and writing recurrent reviews and reports concerning the quality improvements
- Proactive contribution to management consultations

Requirements

- BSc in Pharmacy, Biotechnology or related field
- Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO
- At least 5 years of experience in a management position in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication and motivation skills
- Fluent in English and Dutch
