Role Description

In this position you lead an enthusiastic team with experienced QA Officers and QA Specialists (total of 5 people), where you report to the QA Operations Manager. It is a varied, challenging position in a dynamic and pleasant working environment.

Responsibilities

- Coordination between QA and operational departments
- Participate in quality assessments
- Motivate and develop team members
- Improve processes within your own department
- Provide adequate resources to support processes performed by the team
- Reviewing batch records with entered and verified data
- Contribute to the maintenance of quality systems
- Analyzing data and writing reports
- Delivering analyzes on selected and recorded product and process data

Requirements

- Academic degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy or Biotech)
- Approximately 5-10 work experience in a quality environment, of which at least 3 years of managerial experience
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including GMP
- Proactive and social work attitude
- Fluent in Dutch and the English language in speech and in writing
