THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
It’s a fast growing company. They have multiple departments and one of them is a pharmaceutical department.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Do you want to work as a QA Manager for a fast growing healthcare company? Is it your passion to manage the healthcare quality organization and provide vision and leadership for strategic projects and expend the Quality system? Do you understand the quality principles to support an effective overall quality system? Will you provide their company, support in achieving and maintaining the required quality certifications? Then this is the job for you! This position will be at least for 6 months, with the possibility to extend.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will ensure compliance with global directives, standards and guidance. You will develop and implement quality control and inspection procedures for receipt and control of incoming materials, in-process materials and final product acceptance activities. Next to that you will be responsible for the following:
- Identify quality assurance metrics; analyze and report trends to management
- Assist in Risk Management activities, FMEA’s and ensure compliance to standards and regulations.
- Assist in the failure investigation and CAPA activities
- Develop quality strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals.
- Management/maintenance of quality systems, including ISO
- Preparing, following and supervising audits
REQUIREMENTS
- At this company you will require to have a strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and complex problem solving skills and experience in Risk Management.
- Bachelor in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervisory role in the pharmaceutical industry
- Comprehensive understanding of the cGMP and ISO standards
- Excellent knowledge of ISO13485
