THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Limburg Netherlands.

The company is specialized in egg products and continues to grow.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for product quality of 4 production sites and keeps the company up-to-date on international food safety legislation. He or she will participate in various continuous improvement projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintaining the quality system.
- Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits.
- Handling complaints.
- Responsible for internal and external specifications management.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Manage a team of 4 Quality officers.

REQUIREMENTS

- HBO Food Technology, Food & Business or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience with Quality Assurance, including audits.
- Experience with HACCP, BRC and IFS.
- Experience with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 is a plus.
- Strong grasp of Dutch, English and German.
