THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
It is a rapidly expanding family business specialized in chocolate products with several production sites.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Quality Assurance Manager safeguards food safety and product quality within the production site. He or she will lead a team of Quality officers and will also support with various continuous improvement projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the Quality Department (3 fte).
- Keeping the quality management system up to date and ensuring product safety and quality.
- Conducting trend analyses and drafting action plans to improve product and process quality and efficiency.
- Coordinating and conducting audits.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Food Technology or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience as QA Manager.
- Experience with HACCP, BRC, GMP+, UTZ and RSPO.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; fluency in German is a plus.
