ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this company you are responsible for quality in all aspects. You are able to lift the plant to a higher level of quality. You are someone that can make the difference.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You handle customer complaints
- Responsible for environmental aspects, Fostplus, Valipac
- Make proposals for investments with alternatives
- Leading weekly quality meetings
- Leading audits
- Follow up KPI’s on the basis of quality
REQUIREMENTS
- Bsc in Bio industry
- More than 3 years experience in the food industry – meat/poultry is a plus
- You report to the CEO
- Fluent in dutch, english, french and german is a plus
- Motivate colleagues and inspire them with your knowledge
- Strong passion for food
- You can work independent and proactive
- Knowledge about HACCP / BRC / IFS /ACS
