Our client is a professional organisation of diary products, based in Antwerp where quality is the top priority.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a quality manager, you have excellent communication skills and you are commercially oriented because contacts with clients and colleagues of different departments is a must.
You succeed to brainstorm together with several departments.
You are also a people manager that can make the difference
RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for the quality activities within the different sites of the company. You can lift the sites to a higher level of quality that meets predefined requirements. (BRC , IFS , ISO2200) . You are going to work in a B2B context. You can translate customer’s questions into specifications and professionalize existing processes. You can optimise relationships with clients. The company grows very fast so they expect from you that you as Quality manager can analyse the systems critical and improve when necessary. You can create a culture where quality and food safety are the most important.
REQUIREMENTS
The company asks that you have the following characteristics:
- More than 7 years experience of quality in the food industry
- Degree in bio engineer, chemistry
- Analytical and problem solving
- People manager that can inspire and coach
- Knowledge about BRC, IFS, ISO
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English is a plus
