THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Flandre Orientale Belgium.
The company is a large player in the convenience food industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for the long- and short-term QA strategy and performance of the production site. You will manage a team of QA Officers and report to the Site Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a QA strategy and translate this to action plans and targets.
- Maintain the quality system based on IFS.
- Maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, handling queries and complaints.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering Chemistry, Master's Degree Bio-Engineering, or similar.
- At least 8 years experience with Quality Assurance.
- Experience with managing teams.
- Experience with HACCP, IFS, GMP and food law.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
