Role Description

As QA Manager you'll take charge of a the quality team with six subordinates reporting to you. Together with the colleagues in supply chain and production you'll work continuously to guard and improve the excellent quality of the products.

Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct audits both internal as external at suppliers.
- Continuously improve the quality systems.
- Coach and train employees to generate a quality conscious working environment.
- Report directly to the Managing Director.

Requirements

- BSc in Food technology or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience within the meat industry.
- Up to date knowledge of HACCP, BRC and GMP.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
