The Company

Our client is a Pharmaceutical company producing vaccines for human healthcare.

Role Description

In this role you will be responsible for leading the QA team as part of the site management team. You are reporting directly to the Global Quality Director.

Responsibilities

- Set up and develop the site QMS
- Lead and develop a QA team of 20 team-members
- Review of Quality Documents
- Responsible for budget
- Responsible for setting the KPI's
- Manage Quality Agreements with customers

Requirements

- Master degree or enough relevant work experience
- At least 5 years experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Excellent knowledge of GMP
- Experience in leading a team
- Fluency in English and French/Dutch language skills are highly advantageous
