Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
This organization is an international operating family company specialized in dairy. It is a growing, development-oriented and dynamic company providing a variety of market segments in a socially responsible manner of high quality products.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This quickly growing company is looking for a Interim QHSE Manager for a project of 12 months! you will be responsible for the transition of the current Quality Division to a QHSE department, thereby developing and implementing the strategic QHSE policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You as a QHSE Manager will be developing, secure and continuously improve QHSE management systems within the production location with a primary focus on Quality.
Other main tasks will be:
- Point of contact for external relationships
- Proactively answer internal and external questions regarding quality & safety and ensure effective complaint handling
- Organizing and supervising and following internal and external audits
- Optimize the awareness and involvement of QESH in the workplace and be able to create support for it
- Working actively with Operations, Purchasing, Sales and Supply Chain
- Reporting to the QA Director
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Food Science
- >5 years of experience in the Food Industry
- Knowledge of legislation en BRC/ IFS/ ISO 22000
- Fluent in Dutch and English
