QESH Manager
Hired candidate will be responsible for handling overall aspects of quality, environment, safety, health. You will be reporting directly to General Manager and co-operating with group affiliates and HQ based in UK.

Our client is a part of a global network of companies manufacturing thermoplastic polymer compounds from sites around the world. Proud of its recent successes which include organic business growth, new acquisitions and factory start-ups, the group is well positioned for the future. To support the start-up and development of its Polish subsidiary with a forecasted turnover of 25M€ and 30-40 employees, client is looking for experienced Quality, Environment, Safety, Health Manager.
Opis stanowiska
- Responsibility for creating Quality, Environment, Safety, Health strategy in accordance with the applicable legal regulations and corporate policies,
- Define, implement and assure following all relevant QESH rules and procedures in line with legal rules and corporate standards,
- Define Quality objectives based on Customer Requirements, local legislation, Corporate policies and monitor accomplishment,
- Ensure appropriate assessments, audit processes, compliance reports are in place,
- Manage Quality System in the Company,
- Experience in internal audits, preparation and implementation of procedures and instructions, making quality reports and presentations for management,
- Plan and monitor QESH budget,
- Directly reports to General Manager,
- Co-operation with institutions with regards to QESH, including auditing.
Profil kandydata
- Three to five years of experience in quality, environment, safety, health (QESH),
- Experience in processes and quality management (ISO 9001, procedures, certificates, reports (ex. ROHS, MSDS, 8D, 4M, LOTO),
- University degree in quality management (ex. production & quality engineering / management),
- Good ability to manage people and discuss with people from different level of hierarchy and various company areas,
- Good ability to listen, debate, challenge and understand quickly the situation,
- English language level C in speaking and writing,
- Responsibility, conscientiousness and ability to work in international teams,
- Can do attitude and hands on approach,
- Very good communication skills.
