THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Friesland Netherlands.
The company is one of the larger firms in the food ingredients sector, with a wide variety of products, both A-label and private label. The company has several plants across the Netherlands and exports worldwide.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As QESH Manager, you are responsible for maintaining a high level of quality and safety on the site.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and improve the quality management system.
- Conducting internal and external audits and inspection rounds.
- Initiating and conducting continuous improvement plans.
- Handling customer queries and complaints.
- Giving trainings to staff.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Food Technology, Analytical Chemistry, or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience with QA in the food industry in a production environment.
- Experience with HACCP, BRC and IFS.
- Fluency in Dutch and English required; fluency in German is an asset.
