Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Netherlands.
This organisation is active in the cardiology sector. This client focuses on the development and innovation of products that assist to reduce long term hearth rhythm inconsistencies and issues on a global level. Over the years, this organisation has released exclusive and ground breaking products. They offered help to over 25 million people and this increases every day.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a QC technician you will closely interact with the customer site. You are responsible for the maintenance and control of the hardware systems. This responsibility also includes to report points of improvement, and implementation of changes required for the system. Next to that, you are the main quality support as it comes to the field. You are the representative for the organisation as you will conduct hardware services for clients. This is a project set for 1 year with possible extension to 1,5 year.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You are coordinating and planning the field activities and related service procedures, generally on the site. Therefore, you will directly serve our customers. Next to that, you are responsible for:
• Control and review of Quality
• Changes and implementation of Quality
• The documentation and analysis of on-site complaints
• Assessment and maintenance of installations and upgrades for hardware installations
• Supportive role for the sales and product department
• Customer relationship maintenance by visiting clients in Benelux and other European countries
REQUIREMENTS
• Technical bachelor
• 3 years of experience within technical service role within Medical Devices industry
• Strong independent worker, yet team player
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English and German on business level
• 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
• General knowledge of regulations and quality assurance within medical devices industry
