THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Overijssel Netherlands.
This dynamic organization is mainly focused on the feed industry. They have several plants around Europe and mainly on the German market.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This company is quickly growing and they are looking for a QC Operational team leader. You will be responsible for a team of 8 quality Officers. You wil lead the team in order to improve the food safety systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of QC Officers
- Support the legislations in the organization
- Contact person for improvement processes regarding the employees and the quality systems
- You will be part of the HACCP team
- Responsible for several audits and project related to quality
REQUIREMENTS
- MBO related to quality and food safety
- >2 years experience as a team leader
- Knowledge of SAP and Lean SixSigma
- Fluent in Dutch and German
