Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Gelderland Netherlands.
This organization is mainly focused on the sweets of the bakery industry. They are very dynamic and entrepreneur so innovation and development are main points in this company.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This dynamic company is looking for a QC Manager to support and implement the food safety processes. You will be leading two QA/QC workers and report to the Operational Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support, implement and manage the food safety procedures
- Contact person of the QC department
- Be aware of crisis management and support it on the plant
- Coordinate complains and handle them
- Manage the QC team and motivate them to improve and accomplish their goals
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc. in Food Technology or other similar studies
- >5years of experience in the food industry and Food safety
- Knowledge of IFS, BRC, GMP and HACCP
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French and German is a plus
- Knowledge in the bakery world is a plus
