Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Belgium.
Our client is one of the biggest food companies in distributing ingredients for brewery processes. With 800 employees and several plants in Belgium they are a rapidly growing company.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The company is looking for a QC supervisor for the laboratory responsible for Food processes. You are responsible for a production site near Leuven. It's your task to ensure that the quality of finished goods, raw materials and intermediate products remain high. Next to managing the QC technicians you are also responsible for supplying information to the higher managers of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
It's you task to manage and train the QC lab team in the production site. Ensure the quality and the release date by project planning and the supervising of your team. Because you are the manager of a team, people management is really important for this job. Create a transparent relationship with all your technicians and the higher managers by keeping in touch every day face to face.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have a Master of Science
- Experience in managing a QC team is required
- You are a team player and got good communication skills.
- You are transparent in your relationships
- You are bilingual (French and English)
- Related to food QC laboratories
