ROLE DESCRIPTION
De QC laborant is de spil tussen de afdeling kwaliteit en de productielijnen. Door middel van zelfstandige controles op de visuele, fysische en chemische aspecten van grondstoffen, in-proces samples en eindproducten waarborg je de kwaliteit. Bij afwijkingen onderneem je zelf actie: je initieert dus veelvuldig overleg met de verschillende afdelingen die betrokken zijn bij het productieproces.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- sensorische en fysisch-chemische analyse van producten
- proactief opvolgen van kwaliteitsafwijkingen bij de lijn
- inspectierondes voor de hygiëne en veiligheid in de fabriek
- managen van diverse projecten op het gebied van product- en procesontwikkeling voor wat betreft kwaliteitsvraagstukken
REQUIREMENTS
- ten minste een afgeronde opleiding MAS Levensmiddelentechnologie of MLO
- werkervaring in de levensmiddelenindustrie is een pre
- sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- het vermogen om te organiseren, plannen en te coördineren
