Role Description

You are responsible for ensuring the QMS and compliancy regarding all regulations. You will be trained as RP (Responsible Person) for the company. This includes the development and optimization of an integrated quality management system in terms of environment, safety, quality and food safety. In this role you will lead a team od other responsible person globally (10 FT). You will travel around 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for changes within the (inter) national legislation regarding pharmaceutical, food and chemical products and implement/communicate this with our clients
- Managing permits and ensure compliancy with the regulations
- Coach and supervise a team of 10 RPs (distributed in Europe) globally
- Reviewing contracts regarding the quality requirements
- Manage and analyze the internal and external quality (KPIs)
- Contact person and networking with authorities
- Support quality-related projects
- You will travel around 20% of the time.

Requirements

- MSc. (Industrial) Pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, medicine, veterinary medicine, chemistry, biology or master in biomedical sciences
- At least 5 years of working experience in life science industry
- Good knowledge of relevant quality standards (GDP, GMP, ISO9001 ...)
- Thorough knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent coaching skills
