THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Belgium.
Voor een farmaceutische klant ben ik op zoek naar een veelzijdige duizendpoot binnen de QA/QC omgeving. Het bedrijf zelf maakt cosmetische producten onder een GMP regelgeving.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Je komt te werken binnen het QC Supervising team waarbij je de dagelijkse leiding hebt over 3 verschillende laboratoria (Bulk, Analytisch en Grondstoffen). Deze laboratoria tellen ongeveer 20 analisten in totaal. Naast de opvolging, meetings met teamleaders van de laboratoria en continious improvement, dien je ook validations en calibrations uit te voeren binnen de laboratoria. Op vlak van QA ontwikkel en schrijf je OOS, CAPA's, Change management en methode validaties/implementaties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de continious improvement van het laboratorium. Als people manager coach je de teams van laboranten en zorg je ook voor opleidingsprogramma's. Daarnaast dien je er voor te zorgen dat alles binnen de GMP omgeving wordt gerespecteerd, protocollen juist worden uitgeschreven en de kwaliteitswaarborging gegarandeerd wordt in verband met audits.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor (Bio)wetenschappen
- Ervaring in QC omgeving
- Ervaring met het aansturen van een team
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en hebt een grondige kennis van het Engels
- Je bent bereid om door te groeien naar management posities
