This company is a global operating producer ingriedents for the Food Industry They cater to a large variety of clients throughout the food industry ranging from the dairy industry to the chocolate industry.

Role Description

As QA Manager you’ll be in charge of the QA Team. Your primary focus will be on guaranteeing that quality systems stay up to date and are implemented throughout the different production locations in a compliant manner.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include maintaining and developing of the global corporate QA policy to ensure food safety across the board. Furthermore you’ll be leading the development and aligning of the different quality systems on a global level.

- Develop a uniform quality training program for the productions sites
- Represent the QA function in projects.
- Implementation and managing KPI’s regarding QA and food safety.

Requirements

- MSc in Food Sciences, a MBA and/or a MSc in Quality Management
- At least 5 years of relevant experience either in the Food or Pharmaceutical Industry
- Knowledge of and proficiency in food safety management systems like BRC and FSSC 22000.
- Experience in HACCP
- Demonstrable experience in project management.
- Experience in the alignment of quality management systems.
- Fluent in English and Dutch
