For our Client, a global leader in insurance industry, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of QA Manager.
Your new role
As a QA Manager your role will be the management of the testing teams located in 3 different locations in Poland – around 40 people in total. Your responsibilities includes control of testing quality, building short and long term strategy, as well as testing procedures. You will be in charge of large scale testing projects.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this position you need to have minimum 7 years of experience in QA and minimum 3 years of experience in QA Team Management. Manager should be experienced in writing documents STP, STD or STR, holds knowledge of test management tools and SQL. Knowledge of object programming languages will be an asset. We are looking for Managers with very good communication and interpersonal skills as he/she will be in contact with business lines and company’s Clients.
