THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Brabant Flamand Belgium.
Multinational and international client who is operating in the Pharma logistics.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be responsible for all Quality related activities and the Quality Management System. You will be leading a team of 6 QA professionals and work closely together with the RP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the QMS system
- Managing a team of 6 professionals
- Being the point of contact for clients and all quality related questions
- Change Control, CAPA
- KPI Audits
- Work closely together with the Responsible Person
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Science in Life Sciences or similar educational background
- Typically 3 years + of experience in a QA position in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Good knowledge of GMP and GDP guidelines and experience with QMS
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Fluent in English and Dutch, good oral and written communication skills. French is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills
