THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Brabant Flamand Belgium.
This clients site is based in Leuven and is a leading materials supplier in a variety of technology driven markets. They produce a substance for its customers to produce medicines for treatment of cancer and other medicines.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be responsible for all Quality related issues in the company and support and steer the Quality team. You represent the company during audits externally and internally, ensure the site to be audit ready at all times..
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You represents the company during customer audits and is part of internal audits.
- You ensure that the manufacturing site is audit ready at all times. Responsible for audit follow up (complete and on time)
- You support the QA team with problem solving and with implementing changes.
- You steer the QA team with subjects like the performance cycle, objectives, personnel assessment, training, etc.
- You actively contribute to a GMP mindset and methodology in operational and service departments.
- You are responsible for the release of imported products and products manufactured in Belgium.
- You initiate improvements programs based on market trends as well as process and quality related data.
- As a member of the Global QA team, your support the global alignment of quality systems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Communicative strong in Dutch and English (verbally and written)
- 10 y+ experience in Quality position in Pharmaceutical company.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
- Acquainted with biotech/ pharma and GMP guidelines
- Pragmatic approach towards GMP – risk based attitude
- People manager
