THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Brabant Flamand Belgium.
Multinational and international client who is operating in the Pharma logistics. Challenging surrounding where you will deal with multiple aspects of the Pharmaceutical industry and will be working with big Pharma clients.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be responsible for all Quality related activities and the Quality Management System. Be the contact point of big pharmaceutical clients, making Quality agreements etc. More important, you will be leading and coaching a team of 6 QA professionals and work closely together with the RP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing personnel
- Maintenance and improvement of Quality Management Systems
- Batch Release
- KPI audits
- Change Control, CAPA's and selling quality to the operational manager
- Contactperson clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Science in Life Sciences or similar educational background
- Typically 3 years + of experience in a QA position in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Good knowledge of GMP and GDP guidelines and experience with QMS
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Fluent in English and Dutch, good oral and written communication skills. French is a plus.
