Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality products are delivered for implementation by testing and verifying product functionality according to departmental policies and procedures
- Interface with development, product management, and customers to determine business and functional requirements; ensure those requirements are testable
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers, team members and department contacts
- Develop and document automated test plans and automated test procedures
- Design, create, and execute automation test cases
- Apply, design, and enhance automation test framework
- Conduct software testing, including regression testing of new products/releases
- Participate in the debug process by testing and troubleshooting
- Document test results, create metrics, analyze trends, and escalate concerns as necessary
- Participate in the configuration and maintenance of test systems used by QA department
- Provide technical assistance to QA Analysts related to automation skills
- Working in Agile Methodology
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Testing
- Good knowledge of test automation tools (preferred Selenium, NUnit)
- Practical knowledge of qTest or other tools for test planning
- Hands-on automation development experience (preferred using C#)
- Experience in working with SQL server and database is a plus
- Good English
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team environment
