QA Automation Tester

For our Client - global information technology, consulting and outsourcing company with services spanning financial services, retail, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare services, energy and utilities, technology, telecom, and media, we are currently looking for QA Automation Tester to join the development team in Cracow.
As an Automation Tester you will be responsible for:
- Writing acceptance criteria alongside developers analysts and product owners, collaborating on technical solutions and communicating goals and results.
- Co-ordination of QA effort working closely with Product Owners, Analysts, and Developer
- Creating Testing processes which will be used by other teams
- Providing Automation improvements for the testing process
- Providing visibility to a testing process and coverage to build confidence with business stakeholders
- Test planning and analysis
- Supporting and diagnosis of failures
- Doing code reviews for team members
Localization: Cracow

We seek Candidates who have:
- Deep understanding of Agile values and principles and are familiar with practices such as TDD, BDD and ATDD.
- Understaning of the value of and are comfortable with all types of automated tests, such as unit, integration, API and UI tests.
- Understanding of Object Oriented Programming and have experience working in more than one programming language, preferably including Java and JavaScript.
- Ability to prepare status and presentation of quality of the projects
- Analytical mind with a sense for algorithmic problem solving
- Experience testing GUI, Mobile Web services, XML, HTML pages, API
- Effective communication skills with both business and technical audiences
- Experience with BrowserStack, DevOps, Docker.
- Knowledge of AC and negative cases of manual testing
