Opis stanowiska pracy
We are looking for a person with managerial experience, especially in coordinating commercial teams (purchasing or sales), communicative, open, flexible and with entrepreneurial spirit to join our procurement department from Katowice.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in leading a team (commercial/sales or purchasing teams);
- Experience in interaction and collaboration with different international clients;
- Higher education;
- Advanced level of German (minimum B2 level – spoken and written);
- Advanced level of English (minimum B2 level);
- Availability to do business trips to our other offices (mostly in the training period) such as: France, Romania, Bulgaria.
- Good management skills and flexibility;
- Very good communication, organizational and negotiation skills;
- Good command in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating a team of 5-7 buyers/purchasing specialists and coordinating the purchasing activity of the German team from our Katowice office;
- Assisting, motivating the team and monitoring the targets;
- Delegating tasks to the team members and helping them in resolving problems;
- Developing the team's commercial skills;
- Developing a positive work environment, ensuring individual and team coaching and animating the members of the team;
- Analyzing the team results and reporting the results to the top management.
