Purchase To Pay Specialists with Arabic or HebrewMiejsce pracy: Łódź
Purchase–To-Pay Specialist is responsible for monitoring the execution of the entire purchase to pay process, providing correct bookings and reporting, and coordinating activities between external providers and the local organization. PTP Specialist works closely with the Procurement Specialists to ensure an end-to-end approach of placing an order to paying an invoice.
Purchase–To-Pay Specialist will:
Coordinate and monitor the entire PTP process.
Liaise with Company Businesses and third party suppliers as appropriate.
Propose and execute further PTP process improvements.
Coordinate local accounts payable and expenses activities.
Act as the first point of contact for PTP related questions.
Deliver relevant information to third parties.
Provide relevant reporting, validate data and analytics.
Profile:
Up to date standard knowledge of corporate and local accounting rules.
Experience in IFRS accounting and bookkeeping in the international company.
University graduate with 3+ years of work experience.
Computer literacy essential, esp. excellent command of MS Excel.
Understanding of SAP is a must.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Accurate, analytical, able to react quickly.
Fluent Arabic or Hebrew.
Fluent English; knowledge of Polish is not required.
