PTP Accounts Payable Accountant
Miejsce pracy: Łódź
Responsibilities:
- Uploading PDF Invoices in Cockpit, as per fiscal requirements for respective Countries
- Review and action to ensure legal compliance
- Data input all vendor invoices into Cockpit & SAP
- Accounting for PO invoices in SAP, with no discrepancies
- Coordination & email follow up with various stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of purchase accounting
- Prepare accounting related-reports and spreadsheets as required and circulate monthly reports in standardized format
- Assisting with new process implementations
- Analyzing process gaps and suggest process improvements in the area of purchase accounting
Requirements:
- Graduate (Bachelors) degree in accounting or related field
- 1 years prior related job experience would be an asset
- Industry or shared services experience would be an asset
- Strong SAP skills and working experience
- Fluent English skills
