Description
Currently, we are looking for a Project Tool Coordinator who will carry out a project for our Partner - one of producer of high tech components for automotive and commercial vehicle market.
Main tasks
- Creation of a form specification
- Project control for feasibility, technology and simulation of Mold Flow simulation
- Creation of ALPL technology assumptions-creation of
- Design tool approval (with supplier and design group) / 2D drawing; 3D models
- Supervision and coordination of works related to injection molding in cooperating companies
- Close cooperation with toolkits in the field of outsourced work
- Supervision and participation in form trials and reporting
- Technical and quality reception (checklists, reports)
- Approval form for transfer to the target plant
Implementation of injection forms in the production plant
- Development of tools - injection molds for new projects
- Project control in terms of construction tools and technical acceptance of tool project
- Supervision and coordination of work related to the implementation of forms
- Injection in cooperating companies (toolshops)
- Close cooperation with external toolshops in the field of outsourced works
- Coordination of startup tool in plant after earlier technical acceptance from suppliers
- Coordination of any modification during tool life
Requirements
- Ability to handle 3D programs (Catia, NX, SolidWorks etc, or browser)
- Knowledge about the construction of injection molds
- Knowledge of technical drawing
- Availability for business trips
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
