conduct the science project in accordance with its objectives and milestones within the planned budget and timeline
building and leading the team necessary to achieve the assigned goals
collaborate with specialized departments within the company, communicating the needs of the project, delegating tasks in a clear and straightforward manner, and ensuring they are their proper execution
ensure clear and effective, timely communication within the team and with all external stakeholders, including potential clients, funders, consortium members, and subcontractors
analyze scientific and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle, preparing mitigation and corrective actions and their implementation
continuously monitor all aspects of the project (objectives, scope, costs time, workload) in order to optimize the use of resources and
cooperate with project partners from industry and academia

2 years of experience in managing R&D projects with strong technological components (industrial background preferred)
a university degree in a field of study: chemistry, nanotechnology, microelectronics, fotonics, physics, materials engineering, materials science, or related higher education,
english at full professional proficiency level,
excellent communication and leadership skills.
