Description
The project (portfolio) manager will introduce project (portfolio) management principles, methodologies and working processes. On top of that, you will also be actively managing projects, at least the most important ones to the company. Think of projects like building / expanding new production sites, setting up new production lines, etc. This means you will be daily involved in project initiation, preparation, planning executing and monitoring.
You will absolutely not be just a project admin clerk; we expect you to take ownership and a very active role in managing projects.
Profile
- English speaking
- Experience in project management in a manufacturing environment
- Preferably PM certified (PMI, or something similar), and / or a good track record that shows your capabilities
- Experience with small / medium enterprises
- Do not sit back and wait for answers and input but get it. Actively manage issues, risks, etc.
- Confidence in your own approach and competencies
- Taking ownership, really feel responsible for successful delivery of the project
- Precise and detail oriented. During workshops and meetings, you capture all issues, risks, tasks etc., and make sure they get managed properly
