- You will specify NCS project requests, taking into account NCS guidelines and procedures and group, prioritize and optimize those requests;
- You are responsible for gathering project requirements, define/document solutions and associated cost pictures;
- You are responsible for assembling project teams, identifying appropriate resources needed, developing and executing project plans and assigning individual responsibilities;
- You will function as a team builder for managed projects;
- You will track, schedule and manage issues to ensure NCS commitment dates and project deliverables are met (within time frame and budget).
- 5+ years experience in Project Management (budgets, plan, schedule, issue tracking/remediation, risk analysis, etc.);
- 2+ years experience in managing and performing Technical Support Services contracts or tasks;
- GEP / GMP knowledge related to system modification/ introduction in a running GMP facility;
- Written and spoken English language skills, Dutch is preferred.
- Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills;
- Strong leadership skills and able to motivate teams is a must;
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision;
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
- Additional PMI Certification is a plus.

Your team plays a key role in process implementation and production support and will ensure that new products or process changes are handed over to the operations team on-time, with the associated documentation and where needed the required hardware and software changes.Responsibilities

Requirements
- BSc degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience | Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred | Additional PMI certification is a plus;- 5+ years experience in Project Management (budgets, plan, schedule, issue tracking/remediation, risk analysis, etc.);
- 2+ years experience in managing and performing Technical Support Services contracts or tasks;
- GEP / GMP knowledge related to system modification/ introduction in a running GMP facility;
- Written and spoken English language skills, Dutch is preferred.
