Their Vaccine Launch Facility is a state-of-the-art vaccines manufacturing facility which is designed to manufacture drug substance on a 1000 L scale for Phase III and commercial purposes. Currently the facility is in a start-up phase before commercial batches can be produced.Role Description
The Process Technologies and Projects team plays a key role in process implementation and production support. They ensure that new products or process changes are handed over to the operations team on-time, with the associated documentation and where needed the required hardware and software changes.Responsibilities
- Manage global, regional and local infrastructure projects with varying levels of complexity- Specify project requests, taking into account guidelines and procedures
– Group, prioritize and optimize those requests
- Take responsibility for gathering project requirements, define/document solutions and associated cost pictures
- Responsible for assembling project teams, identifying appropriate resources needed, develop and execute project plans, and assign individual responsibilities
- Function as a team builder for projects managed
- Track, schedule and manage issues to ensure NCS commitment dates and project deliverables are met
- Deliver projects within requested timeframe and budget
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.- Must have minimum 5 years Project Management experience (budgets, plan, schedule, issue tracking/remediation, risk analysis, etc.)
- At least 2 years experience managing and performing Technical Support Services contracts or tasks
- Must have GEP / GMP knowledge related to system modification/ introduction in a running GMP facility.
- Beneficial: Computer infrastructure operations or deployment background
- Beneficial: Technical writing skills to write the proper documentation according to internal regulations (FDA part 11, GxP, etc.)
