• Manage and execute on evolving portfolio of continuous improvement and transformational projects
• Mature the Supply Chain Analytics capabilities and supply chain performance measurement
• Leverage OE toolset to triage ad hoc challenges from start to finish including workshop facilitation and root cause analysis execution
• Regularly communicate pro-actively on status on all organizational levels
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related to Supply Chain / Logistics or Business Administration
• Deep understanding of Operational Excellence and LEAN principles
• Excellent project management skills, facilitation skills and analytical skills
• Experience in working in an international environment, ability to liaise/communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English, in both oral and written communication

We are looking for an Operational Excellence expert applying the knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to ensure optimal execution of programs, projects and continuous improvement initiatives in the European Supply Chain Organization. The position will report into the Supply Chain Manager Distribution & Innovation.Responsibilities

Requirements
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related to Supply Chain / Logistics or Business Administration
