Role Description

Looking for a experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, developing, communicating, implementation, evaluating and managing projects and/or project team.

Responsibilities

- Leading important initiatives that contribute to the creation, improvement and optimization of operational processes, value flows and production capabilities
- Provide advice to improve the support structures, make suggestions to the manager and implement.
- Supporting Pharma Production initiative and the integration
- Stakeholder management, including working with Production, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, MS&T, R&D, etc.
- Project leadership and managing Cross-Functional team

Requirements

- MSc degree or higher in related area (Life Sciences or Engineering)
- 4+ years of experience in a similar position
- Strong Project Management skills
- GMP experience
- Skill in MS Office, Powerpoint
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical business and supporting functions like pricing, finance, contracting, Operational Excellence, etc. is a big plus

Other information

The ideal candidate has good skill in Customer Service, problem-solving and is analytical. Furthermore able to take strategic goals from the manager and develop project goals, timelines, metrics and executing projects and tasks. In addition you may contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
