Preparing basic designs and cost estimates for technical installations;
Create a project plan within a cross functional project team; in this team you fulfill the role as specialist in your field of expertise and/or project manager;
Communicate with different stakeholders about the project progress;
Determining the program of requirements ('scope of work'), joint selection of supplier(s) and participate in the execution of the project;
Challenges management with your expertise on a strategic level;
Support team members with your scientific approach and be up-to-date about scientific research in your field of expertise;
Represents the site in the Influvac® Drug Product Team.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in process- or packaging industry as a Process Engineer or Project Manager, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment;
Expertise in sterile filing and packaging;
Excellent organization and project management skills;
Strong analytical and communication skills;
Excellent in stakeholder management in a complex environment;
Excellent writing and speaking skills in English.

The Project Manager is a technological lead within the field of sterile injectables at our production site in Olst. This role ensures the development and implementation of (new) technologies, based on global and local technological (market) questions. The Program Manager is sparring partner for various stakeholders within or outside the production site and comes up with new, innovative ideas to make production more efficient or to implement new developments and technologies.Responsibilities
Translation and scoping of global and local technological issues that fit within the pharmaceutical regulations and the regulations for safety;Preparing basic designs and cost estimates for technical installations;
Create a project plan within a cross functional project team; in this team you fulfill the role as specialist in your field of expertise and/or project manager;
Communicate with different stakeholders about the project progress;

Requirements
Master Degree or PhD in Process Technology, Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering;A minimum of 5 years of experience in process- or packaging industry as a Process Engineer or Project Manager, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment;
Expertise in sterile filing and packaging;
Excellent organization and project management skills;
Strong analytical and communication skills;
Excellent in stakeholder management in a complex environment;
Excellent writing and speaking skills in English.
