- Managing risks through working in the constraints of budget, schedule and time scope- Developing technical solutions to a wide range of problems
- Identifying and implementing methods to improve structure
- Cross-functional leadership
- Optimizing operational processes, value streams and production capabilities.
Requirements
- Masters degree in related field- 4+ years equivalent experience
- Experience in a GMP environment and understanding of pharmaceutical business
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong in written- and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
