THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Clinical Research organization, based in Flandre Orientale Belgium.
The client is a med-sized CRO and is looking for a passionate project manager.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a part of the PM-team you will be managing 12-15 projects in the clinical stage of the research, on-site. You will report to the Director of clinical research.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be in charge of setting up the projects, keep track of progress, discuss the results in collaboration with other departments. You supervise all project assistants and keep the quality of research at high level. Furthermore you are the contact point for clients which requires both scientific knowledge and extravert people skills. You are in charge of complex projects of great variety in a fast paced environment.
People management, planning and execution skills and troubleshooting skills are paramount in this position.
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc in biomedical sciences or similar
- 2-4 years of experience in project management
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English and Dutch
- Strong personality that has a grip on it's task
- Able to keep the helicopter view without getting stuck in details
- Ability to shift quickly and being able to negotiate with all parties in process
