ROLE DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the job is to drive the transformation to deliver exceptional facilities management services creating value and innovation to improve the employee workplace.

The Project Manager will develop effective communication work-streams and change strategies to facilitate the employees transition and develop into a sustainable change.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Preparation and execution of a successful transition plan in EMEA while using the expertise and network of HR representatives (in Africa, Middle East, Russia and/ or Central European countries)
- Develop a Change Management plan aligned to the organizational framework
- Liaison with local HR for contract roll-out
- Monitor, mitigate and escalate potential issues and risks
- Deliver a training program
- Identify business benefits and measures to track change management success
- Compliance of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) regulations
- Weekly/ monthly reporting to Global Leaders

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree is required, (ideally in Psychology, Communications, Behavioral Science or equivalent)
- Master's degree is preferred
- Strong trackrecord in Project Management skills (Certifications in PROSCI, PMP, MCR, SLCR are preferred)
- 10 years of experience in Change Management and Communications
- Previous preparation of organizations for business transformations
- MUST have previous experience in at least one of the following regions: Africa, Middle East, Russia or Central Eastern countries.
- Ability to influence key executives, conflict management and data management experience is appreciated
- Advanced English

- Travel: ability to travel regularly between sites (25% of the time); Benelux area
