Requirements:
- Higher education (preferred technical)
- Experience in a similar position would be a plus
- Good command of English and Polish in speech and writing
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of general management
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge of the organization and industry will be an advantage
- High level of responsibility and ability to make decisions
- Ability to work in a team (including international)
- High interpersonal skills, including communication skills and assertiveness

- Creating a project schedule
- Planning and comprehensive project budget management
- Management of the project team
- Monitoring and reporting of project status
- Identification, assessment and risk management
- Contact with the customer
- Work in Ostrów Wielkopolski (Greater Poland Voivodeship) - relocation package
