Role Description

This facility is a state-of-the-art vaccine manufacturing site which is designed to manufacture drug substance on a 1000 L scale for Phase III and commercial purposes. They are in a start-up phase before commercial batches can be produced. All the major manufacturing systems are qualified and execution of the engineering runs are finished. The Process Technologies and Projects (PTP) team plays a key role in process implementation and production support.

The team ensures that new products or process changes are handed over to the operations team on time. Aligned with the associated documentation and where needed the required hardware and software changes.

You will manage global, regional and local infrastructure projects with varying levels of complexity, taking responsibility for gathering project requirements.

Responsibilities

- manage global regional and local infrastructure projects
- Specify National Contracting Solutions (NCS) project requests, taking all NCS guidelines and procedures in account
- Group, prioritize and optimize all requests
- Responsibility for gathering project requirements, define and document solutions and associated cost pictures
- Assembling project teams, identifying appropriate resources as needed, developing and executing project plans and assign individual responsibilities
- Function as a team builder for projects managed
- Track, schedule and manage issues to ensure NCS commitment dates and project deliverables are met
- Delivering projects within requested time frame and budget

Requirements

- 5 years' of experience within Project Management (budgets, plan, schedule, issue tracking/remediation, risk analysis)
- Bachelors' Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent through experience
- Experience in managing and performing Technical Support services contracts or tasks
- Extensive GEP/GMP knowledge related to system modification and introduction in a running GMP facility
- Flexibility and strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team

- Computer infrastructure operations or deployment background
- Technical writing skills to write the proper documentation according to internal regulations (FDA part 11, GxP, etc.)
