Our customer is a leading player on Gdynia IT market so if you are interested in using your skills to support the development of IT projects in banking sector and you would like to shape the future — this offer might be something for you!
As Project Management Officer, you will be deeply involved into supporting Project Managers in development of teams along with taking care of tracking performance and interfacing cross groups between other PMO's. You will be part of steering committee that includes chairman and PM's. Beyond general PMO tasks you will be expected to establish governance where few divisions will be working as one! Besides responsibilities, you will have a chance to learn something new and perform business trips to Scandinavia sometimes.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing and supporting quality assurance of steering committee (decisions, financial, issues)
- Close cooperation with PM's
- Risk management with interaction with PM's and senior management
- Being a support and liaison between projects and communication department
- Reporting between other PMO's line
Requirements:
- Written/Spoken English on superior level
- Knowledge about assisting in program execution with financial background (Manager experience is advantage)
- Extensive analytical and communication skills, ability to quickly grasp abstract concepts
- Experience with communication with senior management and managing many stakeholders (good communication skills in general)
- Financial follow up
- Risk Management on portfolio level
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Ability to work in a team
- Readiness to perform business trips to Scandinavia
