Our Client is an international, very well - known manufacturing Company located near Wrocław.
Description
- Leading Projects according to PMI methodology (new products introduction, manufacturing transfers)
- Identifying and engaging with all relevant key stakeholders to be involved directly or indirectly to ensure the success of the project; cooperation with Process Engineers & coordination of Project Team members
- Providing Engineering Team with project management expertise
- Monitoring the work-stream delivery against plans and objectives a periodic (weekly and, where necessary, daily) basis
- Proactively reporting on project execution and stakeholders to effectively identify risks/ issues/ dependencies as they arise throughout the project lifecycle
- Providing and coordinating impact assessment for the proposed changes
- Acting as project resource to a Process specific or Global projects
Profile
- At least 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing environment (preferably: medical devices / pharmaceutical / FMCG / Automotive industries)
- Several years of project management experience (any methodology, but PMI would be an additional benefit)
- Technical educational background
- Excellent written and verbal English (B2/C1 level)
- Excellent Excel/Power Point skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-reliance in decision-making, ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Being goal-oriented and results driven, being an efficient problem solver
- Project certifications (PMI, PRINCE2 / other) will be an additional asset
- Experience gained in a highly regulated cleanroom environment would be an additional asset
