Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company is part of a global Biotechnical organisation who are currently looking for an addition to their Engineering team in the position of Senior Project Engineer
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Senior Project Engineer you will be joining the Engineering department in which you will be leading a number of engineering projects.
These projects have mainly to do with safety in the production area and will therefore be likely to involve other departments as well.
In this role you will take a leadership role towards all project stakeholders who you will coordinate and motivate accordingly.
Furthermore, you will ensure that the right KPI's are in place.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage engineering projects from start to finish
- Management of projects in a cross functional environment
- Align and motivate all involved stakeholders
- Ensure that the project deliverables are met up with the project needs
- Setting-up of appropriate KPI's
- Manage NC's, CAPA's, QAGR, EDMQ
- Manage EPPM, CAPEX, OPEX processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Bsc. in Engineering (mechanical or process or industrial)
- ± 5 years of leading project management experience
- Experienced with engineering project in a cross functional environment
- Familiarity with a GMP environment is beneficial
