For our Client - international manufacturing company opening new global Engineering Center in Katowice - we are currently looking for: Project Engineer – Glass Processing Equipment.
Working on this position you will be a part of the team responsible for global engineering projects within the company. Your duties will include design and installation of one of the following:
You will be responsible for managing all aspects related to assigned portion of projects, preparing equipment and system requirements including design, specifications, installation scopes of work and RFQs, performing contactor analyses and selection. You will work with Global, Regional, and Facility team to develop project scopes, budgets and schedules to effectively implement Glass Fabrication Systems to support business and innovation needs.
To be successful on this position you need to have at least 3 years of experience in Project Engineering. You also need to communicate fluently in English and be open to frequent travels around the world (likely ~30%). We are looking for Candidates with experience with Glass fabrication equipment capital projects and skills in design and installation supervision of float capping lines, sputter coaters, wet coaters, laminating lines, tempering lines, material handling, or automation systems.
