For our Client, a producer from FMCG industry located in Wrocław, we are currently looking for a person who will join its structure at complex position of Project Engineer, which combines project management with detailed engineering.
As a key member of Engineering department, Project Engineer will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic vision of the factory in the areas of manufacturing reliability. These obligations will include defining, proposing and monitoring the implementation of the engineering projects and objectives in accordance with Investment Plan of the Factory and without HSE risks. What is more, this role requires cooperating with Maintenance, Quality and Production Departments to resolve technical issues and to ensure optimal operation. Moreover, the Candidate will be responsible for proposing and controlling the Factory Engineering budget as well as the factory's capital investment plans and related capital expenditures. Under this person’s accountability there will be planning and managing all approved capital projects. Moreover, he/she will also be in charge of developing engineering staff by providing training and development programs.
To be successful in this role you should have as least Bachelor Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, Process or Automation field and at least 5 years of engineering and project management experience in the FMCG, Chemical or Pharmaceutical Industries. A mechanical or PLC electrical expertise is also required as well as the knowledge of hygienic engineering and maintenance technologies. Experience in CAPEX preparation and budgeting based on understanding of financial analysis and relevant business drivers is also necessary. Due to international working environment, apart from Polish, English will be the essential language of communication. According to analytical character of this role, the Candidate should present problem solving skills, as well as ability to complete project on time and within budget. This is a very self-reliant position, therefore supervisory experience in previous assignments and demonstrated leadership abilities are required. What is more, apart from being a team player, the Candidate should inspire and motivate others to be effective in their everyday work.
